Yeah, but... the individual people actually looking at those civilian boats and opening fire on them... That's what sickens me. I get it, it's drilled in them *HARD* not to ever disobey orders for any reason and refusing orders comes with a whole huge thing that can be very very problematic for them potentially for life, but they're being ordered to murder civilians and just... doing it...
