Mind blown! 🤯 I am currently dealing with a government agency here in New Zealand. I am filling out forms on an official government website and the submit feature won’t work. I contacted support last week and they told me to use a different browser however the problem is still persisting regardless of my browser choice. So today I decided to get my AI agent involved. I know nothing about coding but in literally less than 2 minutes and with 2 screenshots I was able to identify the exact JavaScript crash lines. I can see where data in requested text boxes get dropped when moving between pages (regardless of taping the save button) which returns null session data which blocks the final submission. What a crazy situation. I now have to have a conversation with the standard help desk person in this department and gently explain that the reason why my application is taking so long is that their website is actually broken!
