We've recently added Android app to Zapstore: https://zapstore.dev/apps/app.sunami.mobile (need to update it a bit though).
You can also use nostria (nprofile…28r9) and Ditto by Soapbox (nprofile…ye8s) clients on Android and iOS to listen to your music!
