Cobalt Blue PB28 exists in most brands, but the one I had from W&N I didn't like as it was hard to rewet. I liked this one by Jackson's (made for them by Sennelier). But it's still not my favourite for skies.
Usual testcard format, half postcard Aquafine, Pro Arte no2, Vine Leaf Green, W&N French Ultramarine for comparator. It doesn't move much, bit streaky still and that's a horrible rose on the right.
