See, this is where my amateur status is probably going to cause a problem. It's my understand (which is quite possibly wrong) that bokeh is when the depth of field is adjusted so you can focus on a particular portion of the image and let the rest be out of focus. The motion blur I'm talking about is when the shutter speed is intentionally reduced so static portions of the image are in focus, but things that are moving blur with the motion. I don't THINK that's considered bokeh though.
