Not one but 2 separate American teachers burst into puddles of stress and frustration right in front of me today.
These are excellent people who give 110% every day, for years, with next to no pay. They put their health and safety on the line and arrive home with no reserves. It's a thankless job pummeled with disrespect and shackled in impossible limitations.
Please take the time to listen to them and give them what they need. No job is more important but at this point no job is worse.
