We have one of those in our family. It was kind of a dowry from my grandmother. But my grandfather treated it pretty badly and almost ruined it. My stepfather is a Deutz mechanic and managed to get it working again to some extent.

I had considered that too. But it wouldn't quite be enough for the only task that would somewhat justify buying a tractor: I need to get wood from the forest, and the forest where I can do that isn't exactly around the corner. It would just take forever to drive there.
