"content": "Apparently bookshop screwed up and sent me Kitemaster early and it's so good you should all buy it next week. I need to write a real review in a not spoiler warning post but there's wind magic and kite ships and safely lines and a race of people with monkey like climbing abilities and a great family culture and an evil queen and cloud serpents and dragons and grief and joy. \n\nAlso, I bought the kit for the Romi mystery this year so I got a preview clue. Always love working with this alpaca blend they've got but it's spendy so it's a treat. \n\nAnd my group is getting re-orged and layoffs on the way right after I told my boss I was burning out on what she wanted me to do. So I'm glad I bought myself something nice and can lean into joy of books and making things right now. We'll see if they lay me off in a few weeks for not being a perfect drone.
