🇸🇾 #Syria: An explosive device has detonated at a café near the Palace of Justice in central Damascus.
Several people were killed in the explosion, with many more reported wounded.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack. However, the bombing comes as numerous Syrian channels report an increase in pro-ISIS graffiti and threatening messages directed at HTS and the current Syrian government.
