I was a paying Proton customer for many years and out of the blue they froze my account. They proceed to bullshit me as to why the account was frozen.
Too make things even more humorous their primary support communication was email so communication was difficult in getting the account unfrozen.
I'm not a paying customer anymore and moved to tuta.com for email.
