The absolute easiest way is to download Minibits (nprofile…vavr) wallet, and create a new random identity. You will have some random email assigned to it. It serves as lightning email you can just copy to your nostr profile. And you're good to go.
I'd just start there. Worry about setting up a wallet for larger transactions later. This simple setup can go a long way.
