I had this female friend who told me once she needed my help. As she described it, her doctor diagnosed her with some gynecological condition that required either taking hormones with nasty side effects or just regular sex, and she wanted my help with the latter. I'm still not sure whether I had been tricked or not, but this line does work. At least on me.
