My opinion of most of the LGBTQ+ content #Israel pays for Western influencers to make, isn’t intended for #lgvtqiaplus audiences at all.
I think it’s intended for #conservative audiences, who can quote it as a reason to hate muslims generally, and thus fund the #usisraelwaroniran and fund Israel’s attacks on #lebanon.
I do feel sorry for the influencers who swallowed the Israel-pill, but oppression and empire is always based on brutality.
Israel, USA and the West today have attached LGBTQ+ rights to their empire-building toolkits.
Pinkwashing genocide and wars for oil: I heard it, you heard it, everyone heard it. And it didn’t look good.
In fact, it shows how hollow — and probably temporary — the support for sexual rights really is among the more authoritarian part of the population. 🤔
