Starting with the belief that stupidity not being painful is a flaw in the human condition, I'm from the "remove the guards and safety labels and let nature run its course" school of social engineering, so this may be a simple issue of irreconcilable perspectives.
I don't believe in rewarding bad actors, and perhaps there should be some recourse... but if I find out the issue is that someone find sout their magic beans weren't magic, or they did not in fact find the infinite money glitch / 1000:1 payout... I call it tuition.
