In the later half of the 1970’s bull market both gold and interest rates went up.
The gold to US10Y spread broke out of a descending wedge recently = gold outperforming interest rates.
This is huge since G7 bonds are acting safe heaven for sovereigns / institutions
(nothing to do with retail physical gold market - it not drive price
~30% of physical gold market getting relocated slowly as Dubai hub is still offline unless us troops withdraw fully africa processing gold locally coming acting small relief)
