I think how people feel about the AI impact is based on their perspective in the current state. Just six months ago, I thought the same as you, but more recently, some things I have seen, the speed in which it was done, and the quality of the output has just changed my opinion on it. Specifically referring to Claude co wprker. The most significant thing is that it is only going to get better as well. It does not just respond, it suggests, it improves, it challenges you, and those are the aspects I was not really considering.
