Pew Research say nearly half (46%) of employees who *could* work from home, will start looking for another job if they are forced back into the office... they might accept hybrid work, but they don't want to be in the office five days a week.
So, managers forcing the return to work, will likely loose their more employable staff (who can easily jump to a competitor) and be left with less experienced staff or those with less transferable skills.
More rubbish management!
