There are about six edits in the video - and the music is baked in afterwards as well. I don’t mind that bit - I edit anyway.
I was thinking - run a transcript. Match up the script with the text that goes into the newsletter. Grab text captions from my link text, and potentially automatic browser screenshots as well. Then overlay to the raw video using ffmpeg.
OBS seems to run at 100% CPU and slows my system to a crawl.
