I liked how flat this looks initially, and then there’s all these little details that become easier to appreciate when motion is added.
From a technical side, I shot this at 120fps, but that looked a bit too unnatural as slow-motion, so I discarded half the frames and decided to treat it as 60fps slowed to 24fps. As you can hopefully see if your screen supports it, it’s in HDR, with the exposure slightly brought down in DaVinci Resolve to better represent the early morning in which this was filmed.
