I love oven bacon, but I use the bacon grease for a bunch of other cooking and I find I get more pan frying. Even though pan frying a lot of bacon is more of a chore than just popping a tray into the oven.
Oh man and some brown sugar, cinnamon, and a tiny bit of cayenne pepper on the bacon before it goes in is chef's kiss 👩🍳💋🥓🥰
