I've run the stock AMD coolers and they are loud and hot. Noctua is amazing, but expensive for small relative performance uplift. A $20-40 tower would be 5-10DB quieter under normal loads, along with having better noise in audible regions. It won't add perform, unless you're at 80-100% constantly, but it'll sound better - completely cosmetic mod.
