This is what I find so frustrating and dangerous. Our culture and history depend on leveraging truth.
Every other place curtail truth in exchange for control. America / The West out competed because we could always count on advancing good ideas. If good ideas are mutated for control rather than advancements we lose out to those countries or entities that can in fact control better than our half ass fake control.
Truth, invention, advancements, reason sets us free. If we can't pursue reality we are fucked. And all these institutions only want to remain rather than stand fornthe very thing that originally made them successful.
