I need to consult my dietist to see if I could go vegan without hazard/pain with the chronic health issues I have.
TL;DR; I can't process stuff in a list of vegetables, legumes, meat, alcohol, etc.
Fortunately not all vegetables and not all legumes, but 99% of meat and 100% alcohol is poisonous to me, and that's why (plus a conscious choice) made me go vegetarian long time ago :)
