It's HIGH time to fork the #Linux Kernel, BAN (through a formal review process) any commit containing code generated by AI (this will inevitably slow down the rollout of updates but I don't consider that a bad thing. Not at all!) and create an entirely different governance structure.
Linus Torvalds has made it crystal clear that those with “anti-AI sentiment” are not welcome and will not be listened to.
The decision has been made and battle lines drawn. Time for each side to move on and go their separate ways.
