some retard with the right parents got free reign to create an art project across the town few years back and it's just mirrors with text saying "smile :)"
this place sucks so they all got immediately vandalized, stolen or mogged by graffiti artists.
so now the author has reflected on their actions and one of the destroyed ones is covered by a cork board with words printed in different sizes combined to say "don't destroy but smile and bring happiness"
