Just completed a deep dive into Google Patents and found patents that were granted by the USPTO for technologies designed to manipulate, surveil, and control humans -- not help them. Every patent number below is real and verifiable.

The patent system is supposed to protect innovation that benefits society. These patents suggest otherwise.

US6506148B2 -- "Nervous system manipulation by electromagnetic fields from monitors" (2003)
Inventor: Hendricus G. Loos
Describes how TV/computer monitors can emit pulsed electromagnetic fields to manipulate the nervous system of nearby people at SUBLIMINAL intensity. You wouldn't even know it's happening.

US6017302A -- "Subliminal acoustic manipulation of nervous systems" (2000)
Inventor: Hendricus G. Loos
Excites sensory resonances via subliminal acoustic pulses. The 1/2 Hz frequency causes relaxation or sexual excitement. The 2.5 Hz frequency causes cortical slowing, sleepiness, disorientation. Patent explicitly mentions use as a "nonlethal weapon" for law enforcement.

Uses magnets and computational feedback to close the gap between actual and "desired" brain states. The assignee is literally called "Universal Hedonics."

Detects your EMOTION TYPE and serves content based on it. Applications request your emotional state and display content accordingly. Still active -- expires 2034.

THE PATTERN:

Hendricus Loos alone holds at least 4 patents for subliminal nervous system manipulation -- all granted by the USPTO. Raytheon holds patents for both directed energy weapons AND atmospheric particle spraying. Facebook patented emotional surveillance that's active until 2034. The "Voice to Skull" patent was granted in 1989. Remote brain wave alteration was patented in 1976.

These aren't conspiracy theories. They're published, searchable, government-granted patents with real assignees, real inventors, and real classification codes.

The question isn't whether these technologies exist. The U.S. Patent Office already confirmed they do by granting the patents.

The question is: who's using them, and on whom?
