YES! I'm not saying how much, but it's almost three times what I paid for my vehicle!
The insurance agent should receive final approval for my damages and payment later today or first thing tomorrow.
He's still gotta get me reimbursed for all the fuckin' ubers, lyfts and bus tickets I had to get over the last three months, so that's going to be a healthy chunk of change, too.
This week's payment is just for the car, and with what I'm getting, I should be able to afford a decent, reliable used vehicle.
I get to keep the rental until Friday, too, which is necessary as I'm not going to have time to car shop this week.
I should be in my own "new" ride sometime this weekend.
