I've now added instruction- and cycle-counting to Ibex, for both 6502 (NMOS) and 65C02, though I think I'm counting one cycle off for read-modify-write instructions in the absolute indexed by X addressing mode on the 65C02. On the NMOS part, these always take the same number of cycles, but on CMOS, they take one less cycle unless there is a page crossing.
