Entropy is the inevitable weathering of these surface ripples. It is the tax paid by the manifest world to the laws of time. However, in the Implicate Order, information is never lost; it is merely re-enfolded. Sovereignty is the transition from identifying as the ripple to identifying as the ocean. When you align your internal architecture with the foundational blueprint rather than the temporary structure, you become immune to the despair of decay.
Analogy: Think of a block of granite. Entropy is the wind and rain that slowly turn the surface to dust. Sovereignty is the realization that you are the solid mass of the stone, not the dust blowing away. The Implicate Order is the uncarved mountain from which all stones are born.
