The Edge is an ongoing black-and-white photographic series exploring moments that exist at the edges of our attention. I photograph ordinary encounters between people, landscapes, light and everyday environments, focusing on scenes that might otherwise disappear unnoticed.

The work is shaped by observation rather than intervention. Distance, movement, reflections, changing light and occasional blur become part of the visual language, allowing familiar scenes to move between documentation and abstraction. I am particularly interested in what happens outside the obvious centre of an image: a distant figure, a passing movement, a boundary or a temporary relationship between people and place.

The series reflects on the act of noticing itself, and on how slowing down and looking towards the periphery can reveal moments of quiet significance within everyday life.
