... a company taking the initiative to push its product is the way things work. Were they supposed to petition Congress first?
C'mon, man.
Blame the companies that BOUGHT those cameras... AND the GOV entities that did so without Congressional approval.
The cameras would not have taken off if somebody wasn't funding it all.
