I feel really bad/guilty about this, but I think I am going to need to get more adamant about asking people to send me calendar invitations if they want me to attend something. I feel kind of bad about this because one of my major service roles requires me to be a liaison to several groups, but I cannot easily keep track of everyone's meeting if they don't send me a calendar invitation. Please someone help me feel okay about doing this!
