I don't know if I'm fully on board with the argument that growth is inherently a good thing here. I agree that we should continue to welcome new members and show them the ropes, etc, but growing too fast comes with real risks - nothing we do here is outrightly illegal, per se, but there are a lot of people out there who wish it was, and that can create problems for the people for whom this place is a real safe haven (to paraphrase @maplemusings 's comment in a different thread from a few days ago).
That being said, I'm curious about the avenues toward growth that aren't just new instances. Projects like what @blankstare has set up with Edengram and Eden Radio, or the VN club, plus stuff like the Minecraft server someone tried to set up or even the VR Chat servers, are cool ways to engage with with the community that also broaden the scope of pedi beyond just posting (and also moves it outside of just being "place to go when horny").
I'll try to come up with something.
