Just in case you thought the changes to workers rights around unfair dismissal were aimed at lower paid workers... the Govt. has also removed the £118, 223 limit on compensation for unfair dismissal, directly helping high earners who are unfair claiming dismissal.
Certainly high earners should be able to launch claims for unfair dismissal but this change does nothing for ordinary workers, but will likely empower high earners whose employers are aiming to avoid tribunals.
