Can you confirm that this simulation is based on the transactions that are being observed today? Where can I read about the methodology?
Also, this proves that BIP-110 will block the spam transactions that are being used today, but doesn't prove that it can't be circumvented and one annoying truth, is that when someone keeps looking at the engine, they discover new things.
This has the potential to unlock something worse. Not saying it will, just stating some of my initial thoughts and concerns.
