Well out of commission for 2-3 days because the busted back. Meds and some stretching and heat are on the agenda today. Keep me in your prayers because I have to do a weird slide walk in order to ambulate and it looks hilarious. My wife keeps laughing when I cruise by telling me I'm old. My dog is staying with me because I'm grumbling and walking weird and she's concerned I'm not who I once was. Maybe she's going to try a power play to bump me lower in the pack lol. Not today pup
