Invisible women lady says that Volvo are (were?) the only car company to test with female crash dummies. We have different weight distribution and proportions, obviously, so we fly around differently in a crash, but most companies just use standard male dummies, making driving that extra bit exciting for us ladies.
*possible that the info is a little outdated and more companies are using them now?
