Andrew's caff next to #CMH update their prices every 2 years. My regular went from £10 -> £11.30
That's a 13% increase. Problem is they tell me their rent has gone up from 35k to 50k. That's more than a 42% increase!
Not sure their maths is gonna make it 😢
