Next year marks ten years since the referendum that led to Brexit... while many warn that re-opening those debates will merely give the Brexiters more ammunition to stoke up their Far Right campaigns around other issues, there is a certain logic given that after ten years we are such more aware of the costs & benefits (so-called) of leaving, that a second referendum would allow a better judging of the best options now available?
