Binance is implementing a sub-account limit for independent brokers, starting April 29, 2026, 08:00 (UTC+8). Each broker can associate a maximum of 5 sub-accounts per KYC-verified user for CaaS offerings. Existing associations won't be affected, but users at the limit cannot create more.
