Firstly, mastodon.cloud’s admins have been unresponsive to us regarding large volumes of spam accounts and other coc-violating content registering to their server.
Their admin and moderation team are seemingly no longer active. With the server still in open registration, this allows more bad actors to create accounts without moderation and affect the experience of federated servers.
