Do you live in #NSW, #Australia? As part of the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS), NSW is trialling a home energy rating scheme like they have in the ACT, where a place must have a valid report if you're renting or selling. It's currently discounted, I'm getting someone to come and do an inspection for my place for about $250 through here: https://www.energy.nsw.gov.au/households/action/initiatives/home-energy-ratings
