Trump targets birthright #citizenship again with new EOs ‼️
His latest attempts to curb #BirthrightCitizenship are bound to be challenged in court as a violation of the #14thAmemdment.
His EOs seek "to narrow birthright citizenship in several circumstances," crackdown on "commercial 'birth tourism,'" and "deny birthright citizenship for children born of some foreign diplomatic staff in the #USA and, potentially, #US territories in the future."
