As the CFO of Pleroma, it is my pleasure to announce the next step for Pleroma. Many times users have asked for this feature and we can no longer keep blocking them from mentions and the issue tracker. We have learned and we listened.
As of today, every single Pleroma account is tied to your soul. Every time you post, you use a bit of your soul energy and you can recover it by getting favorites and reactions from other users. As a baseline, each Pleroma account has 200 soul points, new accounts will only have 100.
If for some reason you deplete your soul points, you will be sent to the purgatory until one of your posts gets necrobumped. We are currently rolling out Soul Point indicators in every account, you should see a top green bar near your username.
With this groundbreaking feature, Pleroma is now as the top soul-sucking social media platform. We will continue innovating in areas to deplete your humanity as well. Thank you for your attention to this matter! CFO H. FAUST
