A little more than a week ago, I got this new Renpho Jump Rope *without an actual rope* – and I must admit that this is absolutely great! Jumping rope is usually very loud and can, at times, be painful (if you happen to strike your leg…). In this Renpho model, you just jump and pretend to swing the rope (which isn‘t there), instead you swing these little rubber balls. That‘s all.
