You only need 3-5 good, appropriate relays per category. More than that will degrade client performance.
Different types of relays perform different tasks. It's important to connect with the correct types of relays more than anything. You can a bit of see what particular relays do at https://nostr.watch . Many of those listed above will provide no benefit, if you attempt to read/write to them. Adding all, or even adding randomly, is not good advice.
