1. Publicise the full offer so all can see what is happening;
2. change the tone; respect RD contribution *and* financial plight!
3. Independent mediation;
4. Establish a clear 'roadmap' towards a return the fair pay levels;
5. But also link the pay deal to the RD's involvement in reform of the NHS.
Can (any of) this happen while the BMA & the Govt. face off in the media?
