People vote for party A, then they get screwed and vote for party B, then party B is awful and they vote A again. It's the march of tyranny, you're totally right. Two boots stomping on the people one at a time.
Obviously libertarian Phillip over here isn't a fan of socialist economics, so I tend to side with R's more. But the dems at least have Ro Khanna. The R's had MTG, Rand, Massie, and Boebert. But now that got cut in half.
It's about equally bad on both sides now.
