I have uninvited guests (frickin’ family), still, at least I am able to find refuge in the kitchen & as “chef” am allowed to draw boundaries.

I wasn’t able to photograph my parsley olive feta stuffed mushroom caps, simple salad or deconstructed caramel apples with toasted pecans — all were too eaten to be picture pretty before I left the kitchen, but here is a pic of my main dish (my own invention hours long cooked secret sauce plus my signature fried parsley garnish) atop the obvious.
