We won't abandon it, but when you sustain multiple injuries that knock you over, knock the wind out of you, & make you lose your balance all at once, you need a minute to regroup. I haven't felt so stunned & broken since my husband died! That said, the Democratic "machine" make SO many mistakes the last several years, they really need to reflect & evaluate who Democrats are supposed to be. Our message has really strayed.
